GoogleDo not rent 50 Frderick Street off this place you'll have to put up with constant harrassment off the owner of the property with weekly visits even checks your bins lets himself in when your not home even assaulted me Tuesday now being evicted in April he has done nothing but harrass me radiators dont work so constantly cold will be seeking legal advice but id steer clear of this place unless ya like weird old men going through your stuff

I didn't have a great experience with Spencer's. The photos and write-up about the property were good, and the house sold in just two days, so they didn't have much to do. However, it took over five months to complete the sale, and I didn't receive a single update without having to chase them. I didn't feel that I got any value for money from Spencer's in Blaby.

GoogleAnother day another incredibly unprofessional and questionable estate agent crosses my path. Maybe I am unlucky. Start with the positives: they found numerous potential tenants and showed the place to many of them in a short period of time, the financial checks were accurate. But unfortunately when it came to finalise the tenancy, Clear instructions were ignored, keys released without a valid contract, terms changed in the contract and agreed with tenant without informing me, and many more. So, 2 stars and I will never work with these people again.

GoogleThe only letting agents that didn’t mess me about. So many letting agents would make go through the hurdles of viewings and that just for my offer to be turned down. Everyone I interacted with at Spencer’s was professional and if it wasn’t them I would have to considered quitting my new job.
