GoogleJust a bought a house through them it's been 8 weeks and they haven't still bothered to remove the sale board. Bunch of amateurs personally would never use them to sell.

GoogleI had a great experience with this agent, plus the information given to me prior to the letting was completely honest. Due to my position it is easier to rent and Spencer's were brilliant to deal with. If all Landlords/ tenancy agreements were performed this well, Halifax would be out of business

GoogleThey were really helpful when we were moving in, but when we got the keys, we realised that the flat is dirty (even though it was a newly built property) and someone even forget to wipe off his urine from the toilet seat, so the first couple of days we spent cleaning and never received a compensation for that. Now we have moved out, we did clean, left in a better state compared to the beginning of the tenancy and yet they are trying to take our deposit for cleaning and "damage on the wall" which was there already when we moved in. And just to make things better, they not even telling us our DPS number, so we can not start the dispute. If you do not mind losing your deposit for made up reasons, they are the number one!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received. We do make every effort to make sure that the property is fit for move in. We appreciate that on this occasion you were not happy with the cleanliness of the property and therefore we instructed the landlords contractor to carry out a clean for you. With regards to the deposit your DPS was sent to you and can be sent upon request. The check out was completed within a reasonable timeframe and the report was sent over to the landlord for approval. YellAVOID USING SPENCERS LIKE THE PLAGUE
SPENCERS ARE TERRIBLE, AVOID USING THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT A PROPERTY ! APPALLING RUDE STAFF, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, DO NOT MANAGE PROPERTIES IN INTEREST OF ALL PARTIES/ FAIRNESS. ESPECIALLY AVOID IF YOU ARE VULNERABLE OR ELDERLY - COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY

GoogleI had invested in three properties all in the city centre. The team at Spencers Lettings really made it easy for me as they had them all rented out in just two weeks. The tenants they have found me are great tenants and could not fault this office at all for their professionalism and honesty. Best regards to Anthony and the team.

GoogleBeen with Spencers for nearly a year now, not a single complaint! The manger, Steven has looked after us the whole way through, finding us two fantastic property's within our budget and always being at the other end of the phone whenever weve had an issue. Would highly recommend compared to the other cowboy estate agents in Rugby.
