We honestly didn't think we'd be able to afford a home at all, but Demet made it happen! She gave us the insight, knowledge, and affordability options we needed, and we have now found our dream home for now. We couldn't be happier! Demet was incredibly realistic with us while remaining exceptionally kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She was incredibly proactive, always on top of everything, and patiently helped us with any questions we had. Her communication is also unmatched, she picked up the phone every time we called, or called back ASAP if she was in a meeting. Demet is simply amazing, and we cannot recommend her enough!

Spencers are undoubtedly the best estate agent ever. I had a park home in Lutterworth to sell and 3 other agents (ewemove, yourmove and howkins and Harrison ) miserably failed. I called spencers and within no time I had viewings and eventually the property sold. Stephanie was a star. The service was amazing and please consider these guys if you are selling. We have had a great experience with Spencer’s . Our house was sold within 24 hours. Lorna in particular was absolutely amazing ,so supportive during a stressful time , very professional and was always on the phone to our solicitors trying to chase things up and done everything she could to try and make our move happen as quickly as possible. Also a thank you to James who stepped in and helped ring our solicitors when Lorna wasn’t available. Was also recommended Demi as a mortgage advisor and wouldn’t go to anyone else now, she was so lovely and efficient.

We have the privilege of knowing Ms Demet Ludlam for the past 15 years, when she helped us out so brilliantly in finding the right mortgage for us. I really can't recommend the Spencers Blaby team highly enough. Just superb! We had a big ask, needed to sell 2 houses quickly in order to fulfill our family plan to move in together with my parents to care for them. Our journey started with Mike visiting both houses, surveying and getting us signed up, it was his attention to detail and thoroughness that made us choose Spencers. And then on to the team at Blaby, Lorna has been the most incredible support, she got things done when needed and went above and beyond in caring for me during this very difficult time, she is truly fantastic. Highly Recommended. As with any house sale / purchase there were ups and downs , but when it got to crunch time Lorna and Jo were there to make the tough phone calls and get the job done . Lorna was supportive the whole way through ( even a shoulder to cry on ) and Branch Manager Jo , not only strives for great customer service , but also cares for her staff aswell which is to be commended. Courtney was a joy when she did the viewing for my new home, answered any questions if she did not know she found out !
