GoogleMy husband and I were very keen to work with Spencer’s especially after all the reviews however, we just experienced terrible customer service, quite shocking as it was the last thing we expected. It’s quite strange to treat customers/clients with little regard, almost as if you’re bothered by questions.

GoogleI cannot recommend Spencer's lettings enough. From initially enquiring about their service to finding a tenant took roughly two weeks. Even after agreeing to use their service the after care is efficient, professional and every person we have dealt with goes above and beyond. Thank you Olivia, Chelsea, Niamh and Kayleigh ! :-)

GoogleSpencers were very helpful when an issue occurred at the time of moving into our new property. The lady in charge "Jo" turned up in her car to collect my keys. While "Alex" in his car took me and my dog to our home. The whole team go that extra mile which is a confidence booster.

GoogleEstate agent did not turn up for the viewing. Waited 45 minutes to be told that the estate agent couldn’t find me so she left. I called her at 20 minutes and then 45 minutes. Not sure why she didn’t call me even once if she was actually at the property. Two stars because she picked up the call at least.

GoogleAVOID: I am a landlord and used Spencers to find tenants for my property in Rugby. References were not carried out correctly, and i was essentially lied to about my tenants employment and family situation, its taken nearly a year of not being paid rent to get them out. My friend in Rugby who rented out her place with Spencers and had a similar situation where they completely ruined her property. I would highly recommend not working with them. UPDATE: In reply to the below response, I have now tried to call multiple times a day for the past 3 weeks, with no answer. My deposit is being held, with absolutely no sign the process has even started to get it back and zero communication from Spencers.
