GoogleI am very pleased with the service Spencer’s have provided. Special mention and 5 stars to agent Niamh, she has helped me in every way possible. Helped me move from London to Leicester within a week. Majority of the services was provided via phone and what’s app which made it so much easier and convenient for me. Sent me video of the house on the first call, was really impressed with the property and the decided to proceed ahead. Rest of taken care of by Niamh and I can’t thank her enough. All the process was explained in detail and thoroughly, and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Every time I messaged or called Niamh she answered without hesitation and guided this moving transition process very smoothly.

GoogleI have been a customer of this branch. This entire company is a joke, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CHARLATANS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MADE HOMELESS BY A DESPICABLE LANDLORD AND LETTING AGENT.

I think they pay people on Google to give them five-star reviews. I sold my house with them recently and thought they were terrible. They are up themselves. Please do not use this agent. Use Purple Bricks instead. A friend used them and said they were fantastic.

GooglePoor communication. Have signed a sales agreement with them but they don't call me with information they call my husband. Sexism in operation in the 21st century as well as data breaches. Loath to give 1 star but you can't submit a review without it.

GoogleWell this was my first rental experience in a while.. Chelsea from Spencer’s took on board my enquiry for a Property Let - then ‘BOOM!’ everything was taken care of swiftly and professionally. I had no issues whatsoever, things were clearly explained and I got a fair price for a nice property. Can’t recommend them highly enough, so 5 stars **** from me! :)
