Brilliant service from Spencer’s Wigston, sold my property before it even went onto the market thanks to excellent communication with potential buyers. Friendly knowledgeable staff who helped with every step including helping me through issues with my onward purchase which was not at all related to them! Mostly spoke to Chloe who was brilliant but also had dealings with the other staff including Mo, Gem and Jo (I think!!) who were all amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to minimise the stress from their home sale or purchase.

My girlfriend and I would not hesitate in recommending the Wigston branch of Spencers to our friends and family. We used them when buying our first home (which was a very exciting but at times daunting experience) and the team at Spencers were there to help us along every step of the way. They were really friendly and excellent throughout the whole process from viewings to securing the mortgage, nothing was too much trouble for them and because or their excellent service we managed to purchase our dream home. Been renting a property from Spencers had to deal with property management company a few times and everytime has been worst than the last. Reported the problem on the app, no response. Rang up and got told I need to do the repair as it is my responsibility (which is fair as it's a lightbulb)but when trying to explain that it seems like a wiring issue they kept talking to me condescendingly. They lie about recording phone calls as they said that I called them and told them it was repaired by my self which I did not say or even ring. When pulled up on this and wanting to complain they don't even bother and pretend that the call is not logged. Going to the Ombudsman now and will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and just plain liars.
