GoogleWe have been renting the same house for 10 years and it has been through various agents hands in that time. The transition to Sheldon Bosley Knight was seamless. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance problems that have occurred (except for one weekend when we were left hanging with no response on when our heating would be fixed). But once Niraj was back from leave, it was dealt with efficiently. He even worked over hours and dealt with British Gas so we could have our heating back on quickly. Thanks too to our landlady who is always helpful and quick to respond through SBK.

The staff were extremely helpful especially the person who showed be the flat I ended up renting, even though she was actually from the Evesham branch, and continued to help on a number of issues prior to moving. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic response time & support along the way. Micha who was lovely showed us around a house we were looking to let, and made sure the relevant documents were sent to us the same day. We have now been given a move in date for a weeks time! Katie & Josh have also been brilliant support with fast responses over email and being friendly all round. Would 1000% recommend, especially if you're someone who wants to get stuff done quickly.

I am very pleased I moved to this agency also Kelly Wright is always there if I need any advice. Has his James they are both excellent in communication.
