GoogleHaving never been involved in a property auction before, from the moment we spoke to a representative of Sheldon Bosley Knight, all of our concerns about how we were going to sell our property quickly and easily began to melt away. From initial concerns about timings (they were flexible) to advice on pricing and expectations (they were realistic) to explaining exactly how the process worked, and what we needed (and didn't need) to do, they were there for us.
They were able to maximise marketing opportunities, and arranged for multiple viewings of the property during the marketing period, kept us fully informed of what was happening, and passed on any feedback they got, and helped us to make decisions during the process.
We were thrilled at the positive outcome at the auction, and would definitely recommend using SBK to friends and family.

We are disappointed you felt the need to leave this review. You were served an eviction notice due to being significantly in arrears with the rent. As a result, you were given six weeks’ notice of the bailiff’s appointment allowing ample time to pack your belongings. Having chosen not to use this time, you were then given a brief period to return to the property to collect your belongings which, after various delays on your part, the landlord took time to meet you on a Sunday to help enable this. The landlord arranged for your items to be moved into one room, which you were told about, so they would be easier for you to collect and so the landlord could start to redecorate the property to be able to let it again. You were given several opportunities to collect your belongings sooner and the landlord was very fair given the circumstances.
