GoogleVery professional service throughout the sale. We dealt with Simon initially who was very personable and professional; the house was marketed extremely quickly and we were kept informed throughout the process. The team in the Guildford office were all great to deal with and I would have no hesitation recommending them. Luke did our negotiations, it was very refreshing to deal with someone so experienced and competent in this area. I would highly recommend them if planning on selling in the Guildford area.

GoogleSimon was the main contact in the Guildford office. He was excellent and gave us really good advice and was able to get a buyer at just the right price. This was a difficult house to sell as it was not really a family home more of a Buy to Let investment. We used 3 other agents in Guildford over the past 2 years and this did not result in a sale despite having reduced the price several times. Seymours succeeded where the others had failed, in finding a buyer at an acceptable price. Well done Simon and Seymours.

Luke Harris and Luke Cox were great with all the initial discussions and viewing, then we were incredibly well supported by Anne-Rie Naude throughout the transaction. She kept in regular contact, answered queries promptly, was very understanding about time constraints and was also just lovely to be in touch with. We would highly recommend Seymours.

GoogleI know that estate agents often have a bad reputation and I also know that online reviews often need to be taken with a pinch of salt however I cannot overstate how wonderful the team is at Seymours in Godalming. They are a really great bunch and in particular, Lynne Stedman, who was incredibly helpful and supportive to us when we really needed it most. If you are buying or letting on either side of the transaction you will be in great hands.

GoogleWe just brought a home through Seymores with the assistance of Andy. Andy was amazing from start to finish and made the first time buying process easy. Communication has been excellent which is very much appreciated when you’ve never brought a home before. Andy accommodated an extra visit to allow other family members to see the home and was always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly the questions were.
