GoogleI recently sold a property through Seymours in Guildford. The service they offered was excellent, particularly that of Clive Gee, who was the link between us as vendor, and the buyer and his solicitor. Very good communication throughout, particularly as it wasn't the easiest process!

GoogleSo far I have had no issues dealing with Seymour’s in purchasing a new build. Luke has been great. He is quick to respond and flexible with requests. When viewing the property he seemed very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thanks Luke!

GoogleI chose Seymours to market my property as they came up as one of the top agencies in the area and I wasn't disappointed with the service at all! They offered great, honest advice on the asking price and Luke was constantly on the case - finding potential buyers and sending feedback on people who had viewed the property. When I did sell, my transaction was particularly stressful and Clive was a great help chasing solicitors and keeping my onward purchase up to date. A lot of hardwork was required to get my transaction done! Really recommend Seymours if you're looking to sell or buy!

GoogleIn this price range, £225-250K Seymours come out tops in successful completions in Guildford, and charge a sensible fee compared to some of their competitors who want to charge an exorbitant minimum fee. Found their advice good and they negotiated with my buyer to our mutual satisfaction. Communication was good throughout.

GoogleGreat service from the team at Seymours in Ripley in selling our bungalow. Most of my contact was with director, Joe, and sales negotiator, Sam, but the whole team were helpful. Always reachable on the phone, notified us of all viewings, super pictures for the marketing, and a competitive fee. Would happily recommend them, and use again. Thanks!

GoogleAfter buying our 1st property in Send via Ben at Seymours in Ripley 15 years ago, there was never any doubt that we would use the office for our recent sale & luckily purchase too. Sam carried out the majority of viewings & was brilliant at giving feedback. Ben & Joe were fantastic at keeping us updated regarding the chain. They are professional & always returned calls & emails - they do not shy away from difficult conversations. I would have no hesitation to recommend Ben, Joe, Sam & the rest of the Ripley team to anyone selling or buying in the area

GoogleTypical high street agents. Terrible service, no commitment to the clients. Bad/No communication. Unreasonable data protection policies. I wouldn't trust neither employees, not the management of Guildford branch.

GoogleReally positive and supported experience , selling my Mum's property with the Guildford office. The lovely Clive kept me informed at every stage of the process, and also made sure that things were happening when they should have. I also felt as if I was cared about on a personal level. GoogleBuying and moving to a new house is one of the most stressful things you can do especially in the UK with the awful conveyancing rules where a purchase can be delayed or fall through at any moment. However, working with the team at Seymours of Worplesdon certainly helped to make the process much smoother and easier during such a demanding time. Both Anne-Rie and Luke Cox did a fantastic job in keeping us updated and managing the whole buying process to get us through to a successful exchange and completion. They reponded quickly to emails and phone calls and often worked well after closing time to provide important updates. When finding the house we wanted we had the choice of two estate agents to work with. I'm glad I chose Seymours. Highly recommended.

GoogleSelling and buying is not always easy. However, we just had a brilliant experience with Seymours Worplesdon. Chloe in particular has been a great agent- liaising with all parties- our buyers + solicitors + vendors. We had a very tight timeline of exchange and completion, however, Chloe + Seymour team get us through successfully! The journey was definitely worth it with Seymours Worplesdon! Would highly recommend Chloe + Luke C + team!
