Early on in the process we were disappointed to lose several buyers, one close to the exchange date. However it became apparent this was owing to the chaotic nature of the market caused by the stamp duty deadlines. Initially we were passed between a number of different Seymour representatives but once we were assigned a single point of contact (Josh) we had an excellent experience.
