We would like to express our whole-heartedly thanks to Anne-Rie Naude, Luke Cox and Luke Harris for helping us to complete the purchase of our first and new home at Guildford. As the new comer to U.K, buying a property here was a very very challenging task . Fortunately we met Anne, Luke Cox and Luke Harris, from the beginning to the end, they were so helpful and professional, especially Anne always keeps us the updated and listens to our needs. On the way of the purchasing, there were some unexpected situations happened, made our mood up and down as well as many worries. Luckily, thanks for their team to take a quick action and solve the bombs for us. Also, Anne worked as the communication bridge role among the vendors , buyers and the solicitors. Her excellent performance was highly commanable. All in all, we were very happy to work with this smart team and pleased to recommand them to our friends.
