Our overall experience with SAB, i think is fair. We had a couple of serious issues but at the building level: water leak into the basement due to a block gutter and a fly invasion due to the garbage bin not been collected. But i also need to say that SAB managed to help us. I must say that our experience with other Letting agencies it has been really worse, then SAB exposed themselves capable of a good understanding and interaction. Conor has always been available and reasonable with us. I will rather suggest to improve the communication with the customers, it is a bit too much passive, but i believe three stars are fair.

We have been renting with them for 4 years now and are absolutely satisfied with the service. They respond quickly when any issue arises. For example, our boiler broke down during New Year's Eve and they send someone quickly for an emergency repair. Renting conditions are fine and landlord has always been nice and flexible.

I was a tenant in a SAB property in Cambridge for two years. I was mostly happy with their services. They sometimes made mistakes on the administrative side (forms etc.), especially at the beginning (viewing and applying), but it was always possible to clear them up quickly. Enquiries and repairs to the property were always dealt with promptly, and giving back the property at the end was easy, with the deposit being returned within 10 days. I'm happy to recommend this company to tenants - just make sure you keep copies of forms and agreements close to hand to spot mistakes if they happen.

My wife has had a horrible experience…

My wife has had a horrible experience with them. Issues include:- Not helping in times of sexual harassment faced repeatedly on their premises. Blaming her for it. Not providing suitable alternative space or cancelling a contract with 3 months to expiry as profits are the only thing important to them. Be careful to all the women out there! Spaces/Regus/IWG is not safe! - Issues with over-billing and not correcting unless repeatedly chasing and providing evidence is another issue.

Compulsive liars. Avoid like the plague.

Pros: Jamie and Shannon, the office staff, are lovely and will try their best to help you with any issues you have.Cons: We've had the displeasure of being lied to, mislead, patronised, accused and have dealt with terrible customer service.- Contracts have mysteriously signed themselves electronically, weeks before our termination date - subsequently, we've been accused of lying (not entirely sure what our motive would have been here).- We've been promised a retainer return of almost £4,000 which is, at the time of writing, over 3 weeks late already (7 weeks since we officially left). The team are slow and communication is incredibly poor.- We were sent a renewal agreement on Boxing Day, which signed itself as we had not been checking work emails - the terms we had auto-signed were different from the original ones.- Our invoices were sometimes taken as far as two months in advance with our card on the system, and they refused to refund them.- Any issues we had were largely ignored by the area manager and we were continuously told to contact their 'Account Helpdesk Team' - who frankly couldn't care less about our problems and did nothing to help.DO NOT choose Spaces. You will save money, time and stress by choosing a local supplier, even if the cost is a little extra.

Quick to tell you it's not Regus, but it's Regus alright

Don't be fooled by the trendy look at feel of the break out areas at Spaces and the friendly nature of the 'centre managers', you'll get a very impersonal and faceless experience from Spaces. They're quick to tell you it's not Regus. As soon as you've signed you're stuck dealing with Regus' horrendous customer service with your local centre manager having no control over any finance related questions.There have been so many issues with our experience that I'm going to summarise:-They auto-renewed our contract with DIFFERENT TERMS based on an Email sent on boxing day, with 1 day notice-They took payment based on these new terms we 'auto agreed', despite the terms changing drastically and us not re-signing-They take payment two months in advanced if you have your card on file with them and refuse to refund-They automatically took two months deposit despite us agreeing one month and we still haven't had this returned, 8 weeks after leaving Spaces.The cherry on top was when we told our centre manager we had ended our agreement her first comment was: "Oh I wasn't aware, I had someone interested in your office". They really don't care at all. People churn in and out all of the time, usually due to terrible billing / finance experience. Find a local provider and avoid Spaces at all costs. As another reviewer aptly put it, they're a wolf in sheeps clothing.
