GoogleUtter disgrace on our otherwise fine city! 1). Tidy up your litter and garbage, strewn over Old Broad St on a DAILY basis. 2). Your environmental policies leave a lot to be desired! Rather than replace your window plants every 3 months, try watering the plants! This behaviour is so wasteful! Attached are the plants you’ve managed kill this month alone. Environmental score - ZERO

GoogleI have been renting with SAB for 4 years, and it was a truly great experience. Ariuna Richards, our agent, was very responsive and helpful at every step, she would respond within an hour most times. There were no conflicts during our renting period, and any issue we had was solved very quickly. I cannot compare with other agencies, but I do not know how anyone else could top SAB's performance.

GoogleI recently booked a workspace at Spaces and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward and well organised, which made everything much easier on the day. The reception team were excellent - always welcoming, professional and happy to help with anything we needed. Harry was incredibly helpful throughout. He went out of his way to make sure everything ran perfectly and his positive attitude was a huge plus! The space itself was modern, clean and very well looked after, creating a comfortable and professional environment to work in. The team were attentive and responsive throughout, making sure everything was in place and that we had what we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily recommend Spaces to others looking for a well-run and welcoming workspace. I would definitely return in the future.

GoogleWe visit Spaces Liverpool Street Station weekly for our company meet up. We never have any issues. Always space for the 5 of us. A good choice of refreshments available and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

GoogleBooked a meeting room here but turned up on the wrong day (or the other way round!!). Team could not have been more helpful in sorting out what could have been a total clusterbomb! Really great venue, clean, quiet, high energy with great meeting room facilities and a brilliant host team!!

GoogleMy husband and I had a wonderful experience with SAB and are so happy we chose to rent through them. From the start, Lauren Cash was quick to arrange our virtual viewing and was happy to work with me even though I wasn’t yet living in the UK. She followed up promptly on all our questions and was patient and supportive throughout the process. Anya Fitch was also extremely helpful, always responding quickly and making sure everything was in place for a smooth move-in. We absolutely love the home, and even after moving in, SAB has been proactive in scheduling maintenance they noticed was needed without us having to ask. We highly recommend SAB to anyone looking for a professional and attentive property renting agency.

GoogleI recently rented a house for six months with SAB in Cambridge while on a short-term stay, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I had to complete the entire process from another country, and SAB made it incredibly smooth. They were consistently quick and courteous in their responses to all my emails, both during the rental process and after I moved in. [Edit after 6 months] I moved out after my contract ended, and the exit process was very easy and smooth. During my tenancy, whenever I needed help, I received quick and responsive support.

GoogleZero stars if I could. Horrible service and billing issues. They are impossible to reach by phone or email. I’m being charged for services I never signed up for, and they’ve ignored my cancellation requests for 3 months. Despite having a confirmation email that my contract would NOT be renewed, they went ahead and renewed it anyway after the expiration date. They just take your money and disappear. Stay away!
