The receptionists are helpful, welcoming, and always a pleasant experience to speak with.They are also highly skilled for the job they do.Thank you for treating Deborah and Penny well, they deserve to be treated well just like they do to all the business customers in the Chapel Hill, North Carolina Spaces building.

People, great staffs who always take care of our needs, they look after for everything with heart! Working space is clean, keeping organised. However, it is not about Spaces but the members, hopefully those minorities will have more self-control and not to spoil their right to use the area.

TrustpilotShort-term co-working desk rental experience
I rented a co-working desk in Spaces, Cape Town V&A location at the end of May. When I’ve submitted a request, I specifically mentioned that I only want to rent for 1 month as I’m a tourist on a short-term stay. There was a complication as my contract was extended for another month and I wasn't aware of it. Luckily, a sales manager Alida helped me to get a refund. Although, the communication was a bit painful, it all ended well. Overall, the location is brilliant and the office environment is quiet.

Hi Elina,I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. For month-to-month terms, the notice period is 30 days and is clearly stated in your agreement. Notice must be given by the last day of the month in order to finish your agreement at the end of the following month. The purpose of an agreement is to make sure all important details are provided and clear thus protecting both parties. I’m sorry if there were any misunderstandings but please let me assure you that we value all our customers and if you feel “ignored and disrespected” we apologise as this is never our intention. The time at spaces Luxembourg was a very Labor-intensive but fruitful time. The offices gave me at any time the tranquility I needed, and by times also some events to get to know more dedicated professionals. The staff of spaces was at any time excellent and attentive for any need. Fully recommend this place to work and to book meeting rooms.
