We would appreciate a bit more "flexibility" towards a customer who has made reservations for the whole year. Last minute cancellation 6 July could have been dealt with in another more professional way, especially if the next day another meeting was scheduled too. Moreover, we mentioned that we were looking for some alternative extra training days at the Manhattan Meeting Center...

I regularly travel round France and sometimes other countries, using Spaceworks everywhere I go. In each location, staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The work spaces are bright and cheerful and never over-crowded. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pleasant coworking space.

Spaces Park Royal there is no out of hours help. Wifi fluctuates and mobile devices always have issues connecting. They dont give a damn until it comes to payment. Cant wait to cancel this bull****compnay and terrible service. Only plus is the location and building. Run by cowboys so beware

Spaces and Regus make it near impossible to cancel an account.Throughout the last two years, we have called and emailed, and attempted to use their own cancelling 'portal', about 50 times.Still, they send a different person with a different email address, or different phone operator from different divisions, to run you round in circles.What we have categorically done is provided evidence that we want the account closed. Yet they attempt to charge companies who are no longer clients and the whole process starts again.
