Very welcoming and helpful service. I regularly rent an office at Spaces Herengracht Amsterdam. The staff is always very friendly. And I can use a spacious office with air conditioning. I also really like the location.

Great working at Spaces DTLA ROW. Frontdesk & parking staff are very helpful and personable. It's only like a 5 min or less walk to a coffee shop, restaurant & shops. So convenient. Also, drive 10 mins or less to fast food restaurants and other restaurants and shops. It's also close to the 10 & 101 freeway!

TrustpilotSpaces is illegally holding your deposit after you move out
As a former tenant - I strongly advise against it. We had a temporary office there for 6 months. The main problem was that they were illegally holding our deposit. It was given back exactly 75 days after moving out and after many messages from myself and our lawyers. According to the signed agreement, Spaces had up to 30 days to do so (and it was just 8.6k PLN = 2k USD!). In addition, watch out for various provisions in contracts and regulations, especially in longer contracts they can be very risky for tenants. Besides that, it might be an option for a short stay, although overpriced. Small, claustrophobic offices. The common spaces on the ground floor are nice, while those on the upper floors are hopelessly small and windowless. Not enough small rooms for calls or 1/1. The whole company is a corporate behemoth with lots of weird procedures, not all of which work. The front desk tries very hard and helps as much as it can, but often it can't do much. The salespeople will promise you everything, but not everything can be delivered. The back office apparently does not exist
