The frontdesk support is excellent, friendly and always ever so ready to assist in any questions we have or problems encountered. I enjoy their energy and also appreciate that feedback I've shared over the years were onboarded and acted upon. I.e. the narrow toilet issue we used to have which is now replaced with spacious ones. On the business end, it's also super useful to be able to access the Spaces offices all around SG, as well as abroad when I was in Shanghai.

My service renewed for another full 12 months JUST after i moved to a new city out of reach from their locations. Company will not end my second year-long term early (I even offered to pay for a few extra months in lieu of the full year) refusing to escalate me from their overseas "customer service" team which is just sending me identical messages over and over. Terrible company. Rent with WeWork or anyone else if you can.

Spaces is great. Membership pricing makes sense. The space itself and bathrooms are always clean and tidy. I like that there is always light background music playing. Amenities offer everything I need, , coffee, water, and a fridge. I have an open-seating membership and I love that the little work booths offer privacy while still feeling like you're part of the overall mix of things.The front desk crew rotates often and I'm impressed with how great every individual has been, , Anthony, Courtney, Jocelyn, Nichelle, and Taylor have all done a great job here at 5th/Congress. Always extending genuinely friendly faces and it's much appreciated.

Last year I leased an office space with a company called "Spaces" and they offered me a one year contract, which I accepted. To start the service they asked me to pay 2 months warranty which they call "retainer". My contract expires in October 2023. But in April 2023, in an unusual way, Spaces asked me to give an early termination to my contract due to "insolvencies of that branch". In order to accept the early termination, I asked them to assure me that I would be refunded for the months I had already paid (I had paid for the whole year, therefore I was owed for May, June, July, August and September) plus the refund of the "retainer" which is 2 months. I also requested that they refund all the money to my current bank account, because the card with which I had made the payment was cancelled in March 2023 and is no longer available or accessible to me. Spaces assured me that the full refund would be made to my account and for this reason I accepted the early termination of my contract. As of today, SPACES has not returned the retainer, nor the months that I paid in advance in the bank account that I requested. I have lost count of the emails or requests I have made to get my money back, which I have saved as evidence. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS

Spaces Wai Yip Street office has a great location. It is convenient to commute. It's close to the seashore and has great view. The team is nice and supportive. And the working environment makes people feel energetic and vivid. However it is regretful that, at the 2nd floor, there was a comfortable and nice-view public space and it was remodeled into private rooms.
