TrustpilotTheir leasing practices are fraud
They charged me thousands of dollars to renew a lease I've been trying to cancel for months.Regus claims they're not a leasing company and so somehow tenants rights laws do not apply to them.Their auto-renewal policies are a scam and they will take any opportunity they can to issue spurious charges to your bill.If you don't pay their fraudulent invoices that they send even after being told to terminate the agreement, they will libel you to credit agencies.Don't ever deal with this company.Edit: As you can see from their response, they try to hide behind a contract that violates consumer protection laws in my state.Contact your attorney general or country's consumer protection agency if Regus ever tries to take your money and don't do business with companies that have to be regulated into behaving decently.

Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges: 1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance. 2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears. All your invoices are available in the account section of your online account (myspacesworks.com) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month. I’m at Al Santos 200, Brazil. The staff is awesome and the palce is beautiful, things work properly. But the process for renewing my contract, all the emails in english, a link hidden in the middle of tbe text saying “order now”, instead of “click here to sign the contract “, was a terrible experience. This automatic emails are a mess. Could be much more simple and must be in portuguse.

There were three young guys working there, who at first completely ignored my existence.
One of them was constantly bouncing a ball on the wall.
I explained that I’m looking for a flat to rent in Cambridge. I asked if I could be shown some options, but the guy I spoke to kept referring me to the website, and didn’t seem keen on actually showing me any flats himself.
Also, there’s a touch screen TV on the window that doesn’t work, and which shows ads that are apparently out of date.

Rather than offering substantive guidance, the agent merely advised me to peruse the company's website. To my dismay, the specific property of interest was purportedly unavailable for viewings, a detail conspicuously absent from their online platform. It is my humble suggestion that, in the interest of transparency, the agency should consider adding a notice to their website indicating their preference for when properties are off the market for viewing. Given the inauspicious nature of this inaugural interaction, one can only surmise that a continuation to the viewing and leasing stages may prove increasingly challenging. Shame such an agency is based in Cambridge.
