St Andrews Bureau have fully managed up to 8 properties for us in Cambridge since early 2017. In that time I have had excellent and prompt service and communications from them and they have dealt with tenants in the considerate and pragmatic way that I would have wanted. They have also dealt with repairs promptly and pragmatically but referred to me for views or approval where I have asked them to. I have had a single point of prime contact for all matters as well as having other members of SAB who have remained constant and known to me. SAB have given me the service and advice that I need and I am very satisfied with the comfort it brings.

As an RICS registered chartered surveyor living away from Cambridge I have used SAB to manage rental properties in Cambridge over the last 25 years. In that time they have been a great help in expanding the portfolio from 4 properties to over 25. The expansion has been all ‘build to let’ projects. Kane and his team have helped with advice throughout keeping a ‘market’ eye on the design process through to build completion then taking over to prepare for letting including furnishings as required.

Absolutely appalling. I am selling my flat which is managed by SAB and the Estate Management team have provided the incorrect documents (which I had to pay £380 for upfront!). Despite their error, nobody is replying to my emails and their phone lines say their offices are closed. Extremely frustrating as moving house is stressful enough without having to handle this as well.

GoogleThey don't care about tenants. When you left the house they came and check proper everything and there standards are very high. They try to take the deposit or maximum they can. This is not fair because they dont't have the same standards …

GoogleExtremely disappointing experience. We ended our co-working contract and returned all keys at the end of October 2024, yet we were still sent an incorrect invoice for November and December. Our deposit has not been refunded, even after multiple follow-ups. Their account service line is never reachable, and messages sent through their online system are completely ignored. No one takes responsibility, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Don’t be fooled by the stylish location or fancy decor, the management is chaotic and unresponsive. We’re just glad we left early. Avoid this place if you expect transparency and basic professionalism.

GoogleThis company is absolutely terrible. the worst housing agencies ever. absolutely racist and disgusting housing representatives that don’t even do their job right. they’re pathetic and just take your money. i do not recommend ever living in one of their houses you will regret it.

GoogleMy company held a two day workshop here and we found it quite ok. Although, we had requested one room, they gave us two small ones so had to split up! All conveniences required for meetings and work are provided, except our rooms did not have any power points to charge our laptops. Washrooms are good, clean.

GoogleAvoid at all costs - would rate as zero stars if possible. Spaces have continued to add late payment fees to our invoices despite providing us with incorrect bank details. They have refused to listen to us and have now blocked our account. Terribly unprofessional and awfully kept facilities (see previous comments about toilets, mice, showers etc).

GoogleAvoid this place at all cost. It may look OK at first glance, but we have had issues from day one. The toilets and showers are filthy, the team promises services that are not delivered (but charged), and the staff are always unable to assist. The management does not care whatsoever, and does not care at all about client care or reputation.
