GoogleWe have used the services of Sarah and co for over ten years to manage our four flats in central Royston. They have been excellent in advising what needs to be done to make a property marketable; marketing it; finding suitable tenants; and then maintaining the flats and making sure tenants are comfortable in quality accommodation. They have a long roster of highly experienced contractors they can call on and offer tenants and landlords alike assurance that their expectations will be met. We have had lots of long-term tenancies and very few problems along the way, and all of the staff have been helpful, knowledgeable, professional, polite and very friendly. We would strongly recommend SAB Royston to anybody considering letting or renting accommodation in Royston.

Paying close to £2k a month for a shitty house without a shower and shit stained walls and can’t even get spoken to with a bit of decency from their admin, who was basically telling me to get off the phone. Unnecessarily rude. Just no need for it, you can say it all and leave the call with both people still smiling. Basic manners are nowhere to be found here.

All of the staff at the branch of St Andrews Bureau, (SAB), with whom I deal are very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about current letting legislation and offer advice accordingly.
We can rely on SAB to inform us quickly when our tenants advise of any problems, or when SAB themselves have identified areas that need attention, during their routine inspections. When required, SAB have have access to a number of specialist tradesmen who can respond quickly, at reasonable cost.
The financial side of things is handled very efficiently. Rents are paid over without delay and they take care of all notifications and advice to tenants, keeping things running smoothly and in accordance with current, or upcoming, legislation.
They are friendly and easy to deal with and always very responsive to both routine and urgent matters.
