GoogleThe service from Reception is always brilliant, efficient & courteous. Today Kayleigh was utterly wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Good old style service, so rare these days. She clearly cherishes her position & likes people thus making you feel welcome. And I was just visiting someone who works there.

I have been a tenant with this agency for over eight years. Every time there was something wrong in the house they were very quick to fix it, I never felt like I needed to chase them to get things repaired which made my life much easier.

GoogleLiving in the flat I rented from this letting agency was a nightmare. The flat was on 25 Regent Terrace. When I moved in the flat was very dirty. The carpet, mattress and living room furniture were dirty and with an awful odor about them. The fridge smelled of rotten food. These issues were ignored in the inventory of the move and instead wrote that the state of the apartment was "professionally clean". The flat had a constant smell of mould and the agent brushed off by claiming it was caused by my kitchen and the restaurant outside. I discovered black mould under the carpets. The agents claimed that this could be caused by the shower leak and tried to shut down my complaint by blaming me for the mould. I did not know what I could raise a formal complaint and take this agent to court as I know now that the presence of mould is a serious offence of the tenancy and they tried to mislead me about it.

I have been issued with a contract that I did not sign and was not communicated. They have not adjusted my payments. I've been in multiple contact, they are an invisible, unresponsive central team however the office manager in Reading has done her best to resolve the situation. Lost patience which is why I'm posting this review.

The 5-session coworking membership is listed on the website for 28,900 forints. After I purchased it, I ended up paying 45,000 forints. This happened on September 11. By September 15, they had already charged me for the October sessions as well. Incredibly dishonest company, I would not recommend it to anyone.
Hi Daniel, I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction. The details of our service and charges are outlined in our agreement, and we charge our customers accordingly. The charges include tax as required by the law. We bill in advance, and our invoices are made up of two different types of charges: 1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance. 2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears. All your invoices are available in the ‘Account’ section of your online account (myspacesworks.com) and are payable upon receipt, but no later than the 15th day of each month. You have been charged with an activation fee, pro-rated September service fee and October service fee in your initial invoices. You have ended your agreement with an end date of 31 October 2025, and you will not be billed post your end date. If you need further help, please respond to my team member who is in touch with you.
