The service was very good. House was sold on the first day. Only hiccup was on the first day of viewings I was told an agent would be present but didn't arrive. There was a communication error, didn't really matter as the house sold on the first day. It went very smoothly and very quick, we particularly got great service from Catherine Salisbury who always communication with extremely well

Extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. My wife and i were due to have a baby end of July so started the whole moving process end of Jan with the hope we'd have sufficient time to move and settle, but a difficult seller was making this impossible. Our Move Manager, Catherine Salisbury co-ordinated between us all to keep the ball rolling and made sure everyone was moving forward and we cant thank her enough for this. We eventually moved on 20th July just in time for our baby to arrive on 31st!

We had a sale agreed within a week of the property going on the market and thereafter the brilliant Geraldine Marsden was hugely proactive, helpful and good humoured in steering the sale through to Exchange and Completion. From my first interactions with Tony and Jess during the marketing process, Luis for fantastic photography, through to Geraldine on the post-sale arrangements, the experience was great and I would highly recommend them.

When viewing the property with Deanna she was very welcoming, knowledgeable & I didn’t feel rushed whilst taking my time to have a thorough look around which was great. GoogleElle from the Heywood branch was absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our home\. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always helpful, friendly and professional\. I honestly don’t think the ladies in the office get enough credit\. Once the property has been valued and put on the market, they seem to do so much of the hard work behind the scenes, keeping everything moving, chasing things up and keeping everyone informed\. GoogleI am currently in the process of buying my first home. I found my ideal home through Ryder&Dutton, and have been very happy with the whole process. The lady who showed me round made me feel at ease straight away and really helped me to continue to feel motivated to look at the home (I had looked at many homes and was starting to be discouraged). When I found my home, I was looked after by Elle who has been amazing throughout the whole process. As a first-time buyer, and doing this solo, I was very much clueless to the process, and Elle made sure to break this down for me, and ensured I understood everything and no questions were ever too silly or too much trouble. Elle has been massively helpful and couldn't have gone through this process without her :)
