I am currently in the process of buying my first home. I found my ideal home through Ryder&Dutton, and have been very happy with the whole process. The lady who showed me round made me feel at ease straight away and really helped me to continue to feel motivated to look at the home (I had looked at many homes and was starting to be discouraged). When I found my home, I was looked after by Elle who has been amazing throughout the whole process. As a first-time buyer, and doing this solo, I was very much clueless to the process, and Elle made sure to break this down for me, and ensured I understood everything and no questions were ever too silly or too much trouble. I wish I could give no stars. Worst company for student housing. Place was in an unsuitable condition when we moved in, broken bed, no curtains and the place is covered in mould everywhere. They don't care if it created health issues and take weeks to reply or fix broken items. I wouldn't recommend at all to my worst enemy. If you want to be ripped off and live in absolute dump you found the right company to rent with.

I recently instructed Ryder and Dutton to sell a property in Heywood. From the outset, I spoke to the branch manager Fran, who I found to be both knowledgeable and professional, answering all questions I had initially and making my choice of which agent to use an easy one. I found the second agent uninterested and simply after a quick sale. Jenna attended to take photographs and was professional throughout taking time to achieve images that best displayed the property. Tom was then appointed to manage the sale and I found him very professional throughout. He would regularly update me, communicate effectively with all parties, to include solicitors and took the pressure off me. I would not hesitate in recommending Ryder and Dutton and thank all involved, who ensured a smooth process throughout.
