Went to view house with Ryder and Dutton used them in the past many times and especially to purchase my first home specifically the Chadderton branch and they’ve been amazing always go above and beyond and again at my last viewing met Josie who helped assess the property and the possible developments it could undertake. I am in the process of putting my house up for sale with Ryder & Dutton and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to deal with Lewis again. He sold my last home, and because of the service I received from him then, choosing to work with him again was an easy decision. Lewis is consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely easy to talk to. Selling a home can be stressful, but he has a way of making the whole process feel calmer and more manageable. When he valued my home last year, he was punctual, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. Having him back out again this time, he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable reaching out whenever I needed to. I even had a question shortly after he left, and he replied straight away. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional without ever feeling intimidating. Even outside of work, when I’ve seen him while out walking my dog, he’s always said hello, a small thing, but it shows his genuine kindness. I’d highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares and makes the whole experience so much easier.

The service we have had from Ryder and Dutton has been exceptional from start to finish. Even though the house was on longer than we would have liked, it wasn't their fault. We averaged 3 viewings a week sometimes more but rarely less. Nikita Taylor was our sales manager for the house and she gave us updates after every viewing and couldn't do enough for us. This is all in contrast to the estate agents we gad prior to moving to R and D, who rarely got us viewings and didn't keep in touch. We've had a great experience with Ryder and Dutton and would recommend them

We recently put our house on the market with Ryder & Dutton and have been really impressed with the service we have received. They have been really proactive and have understood our situation from day one. We found the idea of putting our house on the market daunting at first, but they have done everything possible to make sure the process as smooth as possible. We managed to secure a lot of house viewings over three block viewings and were really pleased with the offers received. I have to thank Shannon O'Connor, who was our lead contact. She was really relatable, she kept us informed at each stage and delivered a great service. Nothing was too much of an ask and she went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Deciding to leave a review as I've just had a very positive experience with Ryder & Dutton, specifically Brooke and then Catherine afterwards. As background I've been going through quite a challenging and frustrating sale (not managed by Ryder & Dutton) and purchase (managed by Ryder & Dutton) process. My sale was managed by a different estate agent and management company has been quite frankly a nightmare in every aspect. People have been difficult to deal with, slow and poor communication and just kept getting the basics wrong time and time again (memorandum of sale had to be issued 3 times!). I had to do a huge amount of heavy lifting in the background to get it over the line. My purchase however has been a night and day experience and has gone incredibly smoothly. Both Brooke and Catherine have gone above and beyond what they needed to to help me keep everyone happy and informed and have even helped me chase people on my sale side even though the had no responsibility to do so. Communication from both has been excellent throughout, they have been really understanding and kind which has been really appreciated during an incredibly stressful time. I don't think we'd be where we are without their help and we are now excited again about our move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent for sale and purchase. Thanks to both again!
