Andrea has been absolutely amazing professional from start to finish always helpful and friendly. We recently exchanged and completed, I can’t thank you Andrea enough, Andrea was at the end of the phone or email whenever we needed her. Thank you ever so much to Lynsey also.... Believe me when I say they really do take the stress away when it comes to selling your house. They chased our solicitor’s, the buyers solicitor’s and the buyers themselves. From the outset, the whole team were friendly, approachable and professional and I was more than happy with the valuation they gave on my property. Lindsey was on hand throughout the selling process and was absolutely fantastic. Our experience with Ryder and Dutton has been very positive. The whole team was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Our main contact was Lyndsey Power and was excellent in dealing with any queries we had and assisted on a number of occasions and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend using them as it took all the hassle out of the moving process.

GoogleWe have had such a positive experience with Ryder & Dutton, Chadderton branch. Our point of contact was James Wild. We found him a true legend. He couldn’t have been more helpful with the process. He kept us updated along the whole process of buying our home. As this was our first home we were obviously nervous, excited and possibly a bit needy. James always spoke with us calmly and succinctly so we knew where we were.
