GoogleRyder & Dutton is an amazing letting agent. The staff are so helpful especially Carmel Eveleigh. Right from viewing the property to moving in, Carmel was ready to help and give answers to my questions. She even sent me a mail to find out if I was settling in okay.

GoogleWe used Ryder and Dutton to help with an assisted move and sold our within 3 weeks of putting the house on the market. Callum showed our viewers around the house and was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Lindsey was managing the sale of our house and really went out of her way to assist us with enquiries and move our sale forwards. Communication with her was pleasant and efficient and we felt genuinely supported by her. I would definitely recommend using this estate agent hence my 5 star rating.

GoogleI recently purchased a property to let in Failsworth and decided to have Ryder and Dutton manage my letting for me, as they already manage one of my other properties and have always been efficient and very professional. Leann came to view the property and she provided excellent advice and guidance, which saved me from doing a lot of unnecessary work. She has been very responsive and has have kept me engaged throughout. It’s refreshing not to have to chase all the time. GoogleAwful experience. I waited 3 weeks for a house viewing. Called the office if i could do the viewing earlier but i was told that was the opening day so they cannot do viewings any earlier. Today i got a call saying that the house has already been sold whereas i was waiting 3 weeks for a viewing!
