She was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish, always keeping us updated and making the whole process feel much easier. In particular, Charlotte was fantastic at liaising with both parties’ solicitors towards the end of the purchase. Really disappointing experience. Communication when making an offer on a property was poor. Updates were slow, unclear and I constantly had to chase for information. What annoyed me most was the push to use their recommended conveyancer. It felt commission driven rather than genuine help and seemed to matter more to them than actually progressing the offer or keeping me in the loop. I’ve since bought elsewhere and had a much better experience. Buying a place is stressful enough without this kind of hassle. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was the best decision chosing R&D for selling my house. Adam, Nancy and Uppermill team were extremely helpful and very polite yet honest and open with dealing with my sale and cooperated with the estate agent of my consecutive purchase saving me many phonecalls and chasing. They successfully chased my buyers solicitors on prompt completion and both transactions went very well and as smooth as possible for being it a chain. I woukd defonately use them again. I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from DDM. As a developer, I’ve dealt with quite a few agencies, and these guys really stand out. They were on top of everything from start to finish always chasing things up, keeping the process moving, and pushing to get the deal over the line as quickly as possible. It made a big difference having that level of support. What I appreciated most was how fair they were throughout. They handled things properly for both me as the seller and the buyer, which you don’t always see. It felt balanced and honest the whole way through.
