GoogleI purchased my property through Ryder and Dutton, Uppermill this year. Just like everyone else, I was rushing to get the sale through before stamp duty costs rose in 2025. Adam at R&D was incredibly helpful during the viewing stages, right through to completion which happened in a timely manner. The communication through him to solicitors and my seller was exemplary. This purchase was tied in with the sale of my property through a different R&D branch, even the communication between branches was great. I would recommend R&D for both sale and purchase!

GoogleFiona from DDM showed us round just 3 different properties in Gainsborough letting us know about the different properties the area’s, highlighting amenities points of interest etc .We chose a lovely property, and made an offer immediately. Once we had our offer excepted Fiona always kept us informed on how the sale was going always going over and above, always happy and cheery and very professional. If we were to ever move again we would use DDM. Great Estate agents.
