Having just come through a trying time of selling my house I felt I should compliment DDM on their determination and constant perseverance to help me through this time. Fiona kept me fully updated throughout the process and their positivity was so reassuring. I highly recommend this friendly, professional company and cannot thank them enough for their help and support throughout what can sometimes be a stressful experience.

Fiona at DDM in Gainsborough has been absolutely wonderful during our sale and purchase! She was always supportive, communicative and willing to rattle a sabre or two with solicitors when needed! I can't rate her and the DDM team at Gainsborough highly enough! If we are mad enough to move again, I'd not hesitate in asking DDM to handle it for us. Thanks Fiona, you absolute star!

Amazing service from start to Finish! From the initial application process Natalie was very professional and made the process so easy! Though we initially had some issues at the start of our journey with DDM I must say Emily at Gainsborough was fantastic. She cut through the problems and provided a five star customer service, resolving things quickly and efficiently. If we'd have had her as the initial point of contact i'm sure this would have been a full 5 stars

Inquired to view a property yesterday and within minutes I received a phone call from Paige Johnson who promptly arranged us a viewing on our requested day and time, in addition to this Paige asked us a few quick questions so we could be emailed any other properties we might be interested in, she went on to arrange us an interview with a mortgage advisor to answer any questions and help us buy our first home as soon and as easy as possible, thankyou!

Wow what a journey. I sold my house with DDM and also bought my new build house through DDM. They offered a great service and was able to offer great support when my incompitant solicitor I used for the sale of my house hindered the whole process. The solicitor that was provided by DDM Pepperells were brilliant. I received a lovely hamper on getting my keys all useful items to use in my new home. I would recommend them for sale of your home and purchase.10 out of 10 Thanks Emily.

Fiona was amazing from start to finish when I was purchasing my property. She was great with helping to chase my own solicitors when needed and helping to push to ensure that completion took place for the date that both myself and the seller had agreed upon once I'd put the offer in.
