Throughout what ended up being a rather tricky process, the sales negotiators, Stacey and Dillon in particular were reassuring and did everything they could to facilitate the process as swiftly as they could.

GoogleI wasn’t too impressed with the overall initial performance of the Ashington Office, the initial advert to sell the house was incorrect and there were communication issues regarding the for sale sign, though these did get sorted quite quickly. It took 6 months + from sale to completion and at times it seamed to go quiet with regards to progress on the sale and keeping track of the chain and solicitors. As we neared the completion, Wendy did pull out all the stops and chase all levels of the chain (6 levels) and keep us updated. A big thank you to Wendy and the Team for getting us over the finish line in what turned out to be a stressful last few months.

From the beginning of process to the end the service was friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and reassuring. The photos taken of the property and garden really showed the bungalow to advantage. The bungalow sold within 24 hours of going onto the internet. What should have been a simple and speedy house purchase of a property in Amble, became a proctracted and longer than expected experience, through no fault of the excellent staff at RMS in Amble. All the ladies in the Amble office, and Brian, were so helpful, professional and friendly, making the experience much easier and manageable. One thing which really stood out to us was, if any one of them told us they would call us back later that day with an update, we were confident that this would happen, often times that call came long after normal business closing hours, which we truly appreciated. Even at the very last minute there were unforseen issues, but we felt supported and listened to every step of the way by these lovely ladies, thank you so much, Carole and Rog xx

Used RMS in Ashington for both an original house purchase, and the recent re-mortgaging process. On both occasions, I cannot fault the service provided. Alistair Bowman's services as a mortgage advisor in the Ashington branch cannot be faulted - he was responsive with timely updates throughout the entire process in very challenging economic times, as well as proactively monitoring interest rates in the slim hope a better deal might become available. He was also always available to respond to any questions / concerns I had throughout the process, no matter how stupid / trivial. It made navigating my first re-mortgaging process far more comfortable and less stressful. From the original house purchase to the recent re-mortgaging, it has always felt like you are dealing with a team in the Ashington branch that recognise the individual behind the transactions that they are facilitating, be it house purchase, house selling, first time buyer, remortgaging etc. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!PS. The recent launch of their new Mortgage Rate Checker to routinely check whether there is a better deal out there for you is also a welcome tool in the current economic climate.
