All the girls in the Amble branch, Hayley, Lorraine,Tracey and Hannah were involved in the process of selling our property at some stage. From the first moment we engaged with the RMS West Denton branch we had every confidence that they would provide an excellent service. What prompted our decision was the branch manager commenting that if he didn’t sell our property in three months he wasn’t doing his job! He did just that. Throughout this period the West Denton Team provided feedback on escorted viewings, offers etc and were always available to provide feedback, updates knowledge and guidance on the selling process, big shout out to Ellie Murray Office Manager. GoogleWe encountered a few problems with our house move. However, we found Anne and all the girls at Rook, Matthews, Sayer, Morpeth Branch very supportive, professional and helpful. At one point it became stressful and disheartening, but Laura was empathetic and very reassuring which helped enormously. The advice and guidance from everyone was invaluable throughout the whole process and the girls there all worked very hard to ensure our house move eventually happened. Thank you so much girls! Alistair Bowman as always did an amazing job with our mortgage renewal, we stupidly left it to the last minute and he went above and beyond to get it submitted in time so we didn't end up on a variable rate! He's a great guy who clearly takes great pride in his job and it always feels like he personally cares about his clients, he remembers things from 2 years ago In our last appointment that I barely remember myself! The only reason I am writing this review is because of Jack from the Gosforth branch. He has been incredible in helping us letting our property. While its extremely hard to get hold of others, Jack was the only person who was consistent and always available. He was polite and he truly understands how landlords should be treated since they put a lot of trust in letting agencies. He was thorough in answering our questions and finding us the right type of tenant. He made things move quickly and kept us updated every other day. He was very proactive in providing detailed tenant profile and his own assessment of a suitable candidate. This was indeed very helpful since he met them in the first place.He truly goes above and beyond his duties to make sure that our requirements were met to a high standard. While everything else seems to be money oriented, Jack clearly knows the importance of empathy. He event went on to lightly clean the property himself to set a good impression for the upcoming viewings. This is unheard of and we were completely blown away by his selfless gesture. I had no desire to write a review but it would be unfair if I didn’t make everyone aware of the hard work he puts in everyday.I wish the same level of service consistency could be maintained across the team.
