GoogleLet my property through this agent for 5+ years. In that time I had two fantastic sets of tenants. First class service from the Reside team. Can't fault them. And they were considerably better than my London agent who charge significantly more in fees. Highly recommend Reside to any landlord in Bath looking to rent their place out.

They were supportive, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. Thanks to their guidance and endless support throughout the process, I have now secured my dream apartment, a place I can truly call home. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every question or concern was met with kindness, reassurance, and efficiency. The level of communication and care I received was exceptional, and it was clear throughout that they genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. Moving can be overwhelming, but the Reside team made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I am so grateful to the entire team and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Bath. Thank you for helping me find a home that I absolutely love.

We were selling our family home which my Mum and Dad bought in 1962. It was a very emotional time, but the team at Welling branch helped and supported us every step of the way. Very professional and informative with their communications. Sale was quick and went very smoothly. Would highly recommend them without hesitation! Fabulous team and great at their jobs.
