GoogleWe have used R&J a number of times over the last 10 years to both sell and buy houses and at the end of each time happily willing to recommend them to friends and family and also use them the next time around. Our most recent experience did not change our minds about R&J and more so, having been involved in a 7 month long conveyancing ordeal where R&J outshined against all other agents in the chain by constantly chasing and keep us informed whilst also going the extra mile and keeping the rest of the chain informed to keep momentum in the process. Jo Rossitor, of the Gravesend branch, was our sales progressor in this instance and deserves a massive thank you for her persistence, patience and understanding despite all of the odds. A massive thank you to Jo and the rest of the Gravesend R&J team.

GoogleHad a very disappointing experience with this company and the 'Lettings Manager' Harry. We sent numerous emails, calls and texts trying to contact him, he seems to only work 2 days a week and didn't care to respond at times! After viewing a a property to rent we were assured by him that he was aiming to secure the property for us to then be told over a week later after waiting for an answer and via us contacting him that it has been given it to someone else. Had we not contacted him rest assured we wouldn't have heard anything. Even after explaining our circumstances of needing to move out within the month and that we were stressed and worrying about if we had somewhere to go, no respect or courtesy was given, we were just strung along for no reason. Wouldn't use them again. Update 23/07 - I was called by the director Dominic who apologised multiple times for the service I had received and notified me that prior to my review Harry was let go due to his work performance. He seemed very tight on how his staff perform, unfortunately I was the unlucky one that got caught in the cross over. I really appreciated the call and the explanation which has restored my faith in this agency.

We have had a very difficult journey to buying our house, none of the problems was caused by the estate agents, but the solicitors where constantly delaying the process. Robinson Michael & Jackson have been very professional, always answering my questions about the house buying process and explaining what my solicitor was emailing me about. As we were getting closer towards exchange Jo and Nicola would answer my phone calls daily about progress. On every occasion when my solicitor phoned me to give me an update on the progress of the purchase I was already aware as Jo or Nicola would have phoned or emailed me the previous day to let me know what was happening. I would definitely recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend.
