GoogleMy sister and I bought our home via Robinson Michael & Jackson as first time buyers and were new to all the process. I couldn't have done it without Angela Schoeffer, for whom nothing was too much! Whatever needed communicating to the seller and my solicitor, she would get on it straightaway. She really helped us deal with a few issues and helped to resolve it quickly. She was quick to respond whether it be via email or phone and always kept us updated on every step. GoogleI just bought a flat with RM&J and the team was very helpful and supportive throughout the purchase. Quickly response to my queries and emails both to the seller and the solicitors, balancing delays very well beginning to end. I never felt any pressure if been stressed and negotiations run really smoothly. Definitely recommend them for your selling or purchasing a property.

GoogleRM&J thank you for your support and expertise in helping us with the selling and buying of 2 different properties and at 2 separate times. We returned to RM&J as they were very professional and always kept us in the loop on a weekly basis! We always knew what was going to happen next. The sales and buys of the 2 properties were all completed in the quickest time I have ever seen and we have been doing this for quite a few years. We will continue to use RM&J with future buys/sales. GoogleWe sold our house with RMJ, their service and commutation was great, we secured a buyer within a month. Unfortunately our journey was quite long and our chain broke at one point however we did secure another buyer quite quickly. mark and Joe were great to deal with any queries about the sale and Angela the sales progressor us up to date with the sale transaction and working with our solicitor and everyone involved to get a completion date.happy with the experience we had wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

GoogleWe bought a property through this branch and their service has been impeccable throughout. Unfortunately we were victim to a broken chain and needed to find a property immediately to not lose our buyer. We rang the store on the Friday to get a viewing the next day, which they managed to achieve, they even managed to get an agent to attend. By the Sunday we had sealed the deal and within 6 weeks; a chain of 6 were able to exchange. Angela from the post sales team, went above beyond to secure the exchange and spent numerous hours chasing solicitors to ensure we could all agree a completion date. She also gave the vendor and I regular updates as to where the transaction was. If it was not for her liaising within the chain I am confident to say it would not of happened for several more weeks. People are quick to sell their houses with one upfront payment, which we did. Although we did sell our house, in our experience and for future we would return to use an agent. We had several last minute people cancel and even a few just not turning up, resulting in us losing numerous hours of precious family time. This agent verified our current market situation and that we were financially able to afford the property prior to us viewing. This negates any time wasters!!!!! The other problem with these upfront payment agents is that once you are sold, post sales team, the contact is almost non-existent. If your sanity and time is worth more than your money....I’d highly recommend this agent.

GoogleThe service given by Robinson Michael Jackson throughout the sale of my house has been excellent. The team in the office were well-informed and knew about my property when I visited or phoned. The staff who conducted viewings were well -informed and well-mannered. The process was complicated when my first buyer pulled out at the last minute. This was a very difficult experience but the team was positive and encouraging and set to work to secure another buyer. Leading up to exchange, the sales progressor was first rate and kept me informed and calm during a tricky few hours. I would recommend the firm without hesitation.

GoogleRM&J were fantastic from our first viewing of our property. Highly professional, friendly and very informative. Angela in particular was exceptional during our house purchase. After some delays caused by our Solicitors she managed our expectations, would call me 3 times a week with progression and offered advice when needed. I would highly recommend and would defiantly use there services again.

Their valuation was spot on, they produced a well photographed and detailed listing, and were very proactive with viewings. Once we'd accepted our buyer's offer we were kept well informed during the conveyancing process and our phone calls were always returned quickly. Many thanks to Joe, Tom and Angela for their hard work, I'm very pleased we chose RM&J and can highly recommend their services.

GoogleBought my first home with RM&J after previous failure with Ward and Partner. For a first time buyer the time and patience afforded by the team was greatly appreciated. The help and support I received from the team especially Angela was second to none throughout the entire process, (the less said about my solicitors the better). Angela could always be found on the end of the phone, she always had time for you willing to listen and help when most needed. For a first time buyer they made my purchase less stressful and bought back some of the enjoyment that should be there for your first home, so I would highly recommend RM&J buying or selling.

Swanley BranchFantastic experience selling our house with R&J Swanley. Michelle and Matt done everything they could possibly do to get the house on the market and sold as quickly as possible (after a disastrous 15 month hellish, waste of time with Wards - Eynsford, that cost us lots of time & £30,000). Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... Thankyou R&J from some very satisfied customers : )

Arranged a viewing in Rochester with Robinson Michael Jackson,hadA viewing confirmed by text for Saturday afternoon,we were at the property 15mins early,needless to say no one turned up or phoned,We phoned them palmed off with I don’t know where he is and He is not answering his phone,while we were waiting looked on their web page suddenly the house we were supposed to view is miraculously sold subject to contract,dreadful behaviour no wonder people are flocking to online agents.

Avoid at all costs!!!! Terrible service. I bought a property in New Eltham and after exchanging contracts they only care about their fees and didn't even verify if the properties are left tidy. They will contact you when there is money in btw if not they will ignore all their mistakesTerrible experience.

They are not good Estate Agent. I recently bought a property from them but the level of service I received from them are very poor. There level of communication is the worst. I asked them to get some information from the seller but their progression team (Dartford) never back to me! Please avoid

Cunning Agents!!!Buyers and Sellers be aware! These agents failed to disclosed that the property we were in the process of purchasing did not have any planning permission nor building regulations for the works carried out in the property and loft conversation. They completely mislead us. Do not trust these agents whatsoever!!!

Fantastic service, from start to finish at the Bexley Road, Erith branch. We decided to sell our Shared ownership property, and Garry and Dexter, sold the property within 3 days!! Much to our amazement as we were on a time limit with our onward purchase, they delivered on everything they said on the valuation. They vetted the buyer spot on to make sure they could proceed. It was then handed, to Jane Wilkinson, who chased the solicitors, Orbit, everyone, until completion. She held my hand right through our first property sale. Fantastic service, and I highly recommend them. They delivered the service, professionalism, and efficiency we needed to get the deal done. 5 Star!!!
