GoogleAngela at Robinson, Michael, Jackson became my go-to advisor when selling my house and buying another property. The process entails lots of information being passed around in different circles which may not be fully understandable to the principal customers. No knowledge of what is going on frustrates customers and leads to wild speculation, over many weeks. Very annoying !!! Angela's expertise in the industry calmed the way through this difficult period.

GoogleMy first purchase was decidedly less stressful than I had been expecting considering my relative inexperience in this area. The staff (joseph and co) were very helpful in securing multiple viewings as well as certifying my ID. Little things admittedly but very helpful when one is time poor. Angela was very diligent in keeping me informed as to my standing in the process and status of particulars. I was very relieved by her proactivity which meant (with a regular gentle prodding on her part) my inexperience was not an impediment and felt safe that I wouldn't overlook any crucial step.

GoogleWe have exchanged contracts today having viewed our new home just over six weeks ago. RMJ have proved to be efficient and helpful from the word go. Our first meeting was with Joe, we told him what we were looking for and he told us of the different areas in the local district ( we do not come from the Medway area)He introduced us to the property that is now to become our home and after we made our offer Joe , Mark and Angela helped us along the way to where we are today. Angela has been fantastic in keeping our sanity and keeping us informed as to what was happing with solicitors etc.
