GoogleJust sold our house with RMJ...Michelle was our house chaser..... and she was amazing!! We had a right stinker of a bottom chain ... and she chased every day for months!!! Exchanged and completed on expiry date of our mortgage! Would never of done it without her! She deserves a big bonus!!! π€

GoogleCouldnβt recommend enough. I sold my property in Strood through RMJ & I wanted a certain price for my property and it took longer than expected to sell but the agents, Harry, Sarah & Tammy were always patient, friendly helpful, compassionate & understanding (all the qualities you donβt usually find in an estate agent ha ha) The real superstar in the office is the sales progressor Michelle, she is the best sales progressor Iβve ever ever dealt with, canβt talk more highly of her, she is above & beyond helpful, understanding, friendly, compassionate, hard working, professional yet friendly & just an all round asset to the company. She really went beyond her job title, if there was a slow point in the sale from the solicitors end, she would step in to speed it up & she would constantly keep me updated so I knew exactly where we were. I canβt thank her enough & I wish more sales progressors were like her!!! Definitely use RMJ in Strood, Id give them more than 5 stars if I could.

GoogleBrilliant Service from the whole team. They're very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would strongly recommend using their in-house mortgage broker. He has been nothing but professional throughout the whole process and made buying our first home so easy. Highly recommend using his branch, thank you very much Gurmukh.

GoogleWe couldnβt fault Robinson Michael & Jackson Strood branch for their efforts and service in selling our home and securing the purchase of our new home. The staff were friendly and proactive and kept you updated with progress throughout. We originally went with an online estate agent and after 6 months and only 2 viewings, we made the decision to engage RMJ. After the first week, we had several viewings lined up and probably a dozen within the first 3 weeks. We had 3 offers on the table and after our initial buyer pulled out, RMJ found additional viewers and again secured another 2 offers with a sale within another 2 weeks. The offers were from quality buyers and for a good price too. RMJ have been great throughout and very professional. We would highly recommend RMJ and would use them again in the future. Thanks for everything!!

GoogleRobinson Michael and Jackson have been extremely patient, helpful and informative throughout my parents move! Given they are extreme novices to moving and had a very eventful process due to chain problems, RMJ ensured they were keeping us all up to date and at ease every single day! Michelle in particular I felt went above and beyond her daily duty to help the sale of my parents house and purchase of their dream home! Thank you Michelle for everything you done and for your patience and support, it really was appreciated.

GoogleI feel that we were given a 5* service by the team. This was our first move in 26 years and they guided us through the process with understanding and patience. We had quite a frustrating experience with the process but it was dealt with accordingly. The price was higher than some web based Estate agents but this was worth the extra cost. In the end Michelle was actually updating the person that we were buying from due to them not getting any information from his web based estate agent. I would definitely consider using them again Many thanks

GoogleThe entire team were great but especially Michelle their sales progressor.. Unfortunately our first house purchase was a lengthy one (through no fault of RMJ). Michelle was patient, calmed me down and reassured me throughout, even though I was probably her most demanding customer who worried about everything. She went over and above her role to chase the seller and other third parties and I felt she was genuinely happy for us when it was all complete (although probably happy to get rid of me lol) Have already recommended them to others looking to buy/sell and if we ever move we will definitely use them. Thanks again Michelle!

GoogleWe bought our house through Chatham office and they were fantastic, couldn't recommend them enough. Mark and the team were on hand to answer all our questions and advise us throughout the buying process, which was helpful as we had no experience buying before. Their recommended in house solicitors CTW were brilliant too and meant we could get instant updates at any time via our sales progressor, who was invaluable. Inevitably unusual questions arose through the buying process but nothing phased her, she'd seen it all before and put our minds at rest of what to do next. Lastly thank you to MAB who we arranged our mortgage through. Having spoken with other brokers we were dubious to see another one and so we were surprised that they managed to find us such a good rate! The money we saved every month meant we had more money to do up the house, so thank you. Couldn't recommend RMJ more, will definitely be coming back to you to sell!

GoogleHaving used another local estate agents to no avail, Joe and Mark from RMJ were excellent at helping me sell my property during a challenging market. They were very professional & always upbeat when we faced challenges. Once my property was under offer, Angela was excellent - she constantly kept me up to date and was incredibly proactive. I couldn't recommend RMJ Chatham enough.

GoogleFrom the very start in assessing the value of the property a very professional, polite and helpful estate agents. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Photographs and descriptions of the property were excellent and realistic. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't find better in the area.
