The Catford brand of Robinson & Jackson is just amazing, no praise is enough for all of the guys I've dealt with, Chris, Simon, Billie, Matt. They have even got a proper chaser, who is ensuring everyone in the process is doing what they are supposed to do. Chris, the owner is just amazing, you can find him almost anytime. They've gone above and beyond on all levels. Very kind and polite. When you are buying a place complications arise and they managed to smooth most of them for me. When my broker messed me around, they introduced me to theirs and he got me a mortgage offer within 10 days, he was so approachable that I could even keep in touch with him on WhatsApp. They're just around the corner from the flat I bought and just to give you an idea of how above and beyond they have gone for me, Simon (the branch manager) has even carried for me a delivery they received in the office to my block. I won't go into the detail of other favours they have done for me as I don't want to encourage anyone else to abuse them as much as I did but the point is they are amazing. Do not hesitate to use these guys, and trust me, I've had many bad experiences with agents in the past.

GoogleWe have sold two homes through Robinson Michael & Jackson, Walderslade team, and the service has been absolutely fantastically outstanding! Cannot thank enough Mica, Kendell, Dallas and Maxine. They were all brilliant! Unfortunately with my both sales were quite lengthy but they were always listening and trying to be in your shoes and trying to sort problems as fast as they possibly can. Ofcourse most of the time I have been in contact with Maxine and I can say she is absolute STAR, a huge credit to her. Both times she was calm in stressful situations and she has huge amount of experience. Very professional indeed and lovely lady. I wish you all the best in the future! Thank you again! GoogleWe recently sold our first house with Robinson Michael & Jackson, Walderslade and started the process with Dallas. From the beginning he was very to the point in our valuation and expectations which was exactly what we wanted. We then spoke a lot with Kendal and Misha who arranged viewings and provided vital feedback for us straight after. Whenever I called the office, all three members of the team were friendly and positive. The only slight hiccup was having to rewrite our house description ourselves in order to obtain more viewings as the format and punctuation of the original written by RMJ wasn't the best. The person I really want to praise in particular however, is our sales progressor Maxine. Maxine was absolutely fantastic in making sure our progression throughout was constantly moving despite frustrating delays. We were expecting to move in March, however issues at the top of the chain pushed back our move to the end of May. This caused extreme stress for both myself and my fiance who get married in early June. Maxine was in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date and constantly contacting solicitors, agents and pretty much everyone in our chain. I felt completely looked after and supported throughout the whole process and that is all thanks to Maxine. If you're thinking of choosing Robinson Michael & Jackson, I 100% recommend them, not only for the hard work of the sales team (Dallas, Kendal, Misha), but mainly for the incredible work and support I received from Maxine. GoogleMy partner and I have just bought our first house through Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade and we couldn't have hoped to be working with better agents. Everything was done so smoothly, quickly and advice was given to us where needed. We were helped right from putting in our offer to advice post move. Maxine the sales progresser was great as I don't think we needed to chase our solicitor once ourselves, she did all of that and more to ensure the purchase went through, and even through delays she kept us in the loop the whole time. Thank you to the whole team for all your time, help and efforts
