Letting out a house for the first time felt like a very daunting process but Chloe and Abi both went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable with the process and that everything went smoothly. We would have been totally lost without them and I would highly recommend anyone to Robinson Michael & Jackson because Chloe and Abi are just amazing!

With organising the viewings and going through contracting, you could tell she was really trying to get everything sorted as quickly and as easily as possible. GoogleRobinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Branch generated plenty of interest in my late Mother's bungalow and although our first buyer encountered a problem with his sale and pulled out, they re-marketed the property and a new buyer was found within a couple of weeks plus this was over Christmas and the New Year. Jo Rossiter with her cheery voice and disposition was excellent and kept me informed of progress on the sale and made an emotionally charged experience much easier.

GoogleI mainly liaised with Jo who was really friendly and helpful when situations could have gotten stressful with the buying process. She helped to chase solicitors and kept me up-to-date with progress on a regular basis. Overall, the staff were professional and I didn't have any problems. Thanks!

GoogleI recently used RM&J to help me sell my aunties house in Gravesend. This was logistically difficult because my aunt is in a care home and I don’t live near the property. The staff at RM&J smoothed the path through all the potential pitfalls and made life as easy as possible for me. They talked me through every potential problem thereby allowing me to make sensible decisions in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion. In doing this they were able to reduce my stress levels and make the sale process as tolerable as possible. I would particularly like to thank Tom Dix and Jo Rossiter for their efforts on my behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.

The follow up on the sale specifically by Jo Rossiter, was reassuring in that we were always informed of each step of the process. GoogleMy wife and I recently used Robinson Michael and Jackson to sell our house in Gravesend. This was the second time we have sold our home with the them and our experience was similar to the first. We have also purchased two houses through RMJ in Gravesend and having bought our current property through a different agent demonstrates just how professional they are. Andy the manager leads an excellent team and Jo and Nicola who provide regular updates are fantastic as is Tom who sold our property for the price we wanted. On both occasions RMJ sold our properties quickly. In my experience this company do not meet the typical sterotype of an estate agency and I would not hesitate to buy or sell a property through them in the future. I am just adding additional information to my review as it is difficult to add a new post for the same organisation on Google. I found the service from RMJ in Gravesend so good that I didn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend. The friend was very pleased with their service and following the sale as a reward for recommending them I now have a £100 Bluewater voucher to spend from RMJ. Thanks again Andy and the team you are brilliant!

GoogleWe purchased via the Gravesend branch and they maintained great communication through out the process. As first time buyers they were always on hand to help with any queries we had about what happens during each stage of the process. Everyone we dealt with offered a high level of customer service from the sales lady who showed us around the house originally, to each person we dealt with in the office. All have a wealth of knowledge about the business and are highly trained.

GoogleI am renting a property and used these guys after having a terrible time with Purple Bricks, my move with them was scheduled for 23 March 2019 by the second week of May i still hadn't moved and was told..again..that I wouldn't be moving for at least another 2 weeks. I had more than enough of being messed about and started looking around. I found a place and with help from Chloe and Abbie I was in my new home within a couple of weeks. I received such a great service from them both, they communicated with me from start to.finish and helped me with my needs.

GoogleFrom the start RM&J at Gravesend provided us with a first class service and guided us through what was a complicated and stressful move from England to Ireland! Following a long and disappointing experience with a web based estate agent it was refreshing to be looked after by a professional, helpful and efficient team. Every member of staff who we came into contact with was attentive and communicated with us on a regular basis. All our queries were responded to efficiently and promptly. GoogleHaving used 3 other estate agents in the past, I am so glad this time I decided to go with Andy and his team. They got my house sold for the asking price in 3 weeks and 4 months later the sale completed. The sales staff were always available to answer any query in the time it was on the market and subsequently Jo and Nicola, the sales progressers were always on hand to keep things moving along. Well worth the money and I would recommend this agent to anyone.

They are very thorough and professional in all aspects of their service from property valuation to sales progression and completion. We would highly recommend this company. A special mention must go to Sales Progressor Jo Rossiter, without whom our sale would not have completed with such ease and speed. Jo makes an enormous effort to progress the sales as smoothly and promptly as possible providing regular updates so we always know exactly where we are with the progress. A big thank you to Jo and all the team.
