GoogleAs first time buyers we were pretty clueless with the system but thanks to Maxine and co for their massive help, they make everything make as much sense as possible and made it so easy for us. We just can’t thank them enough - we are so greatful! Would definitely recommend and use again!

GoogleAfter long time, we have finally got keys to our new home. Thanks to professionalism and calm manner of Maxine, we have survived this nervous and seemed never-ending wait. All staff that we have met were helpful and always tried to offer support and guidance as much as possible. Thank you all.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t buy our house through Robinson Michael Jackson. We didn’t however receive the best service in regards to new properties hitting the market and viewings. Kendal was especially helpful and I would always recccomend speaking to this estate agent for buying or selling.

GoogleDallas and all the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The sales team kept us very informed of feedback from viewings. Buyers were found very quickly and the sales progressor Maxine kept us well informed of the progress of the sale and timescales we could expect things to happen by. Very fast a painless process and would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleIt is not often I say anything positive about Estate Agents, having had some pretty poor experiences, but I can honestly say that I cannot fault the service from Dallas and his excellent team at RMJ in Walderslade. From the first visit Dallas was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kendell took care of all the viewings and never failed to give feedback the following day. Whilst the sale was progressing there was frequent contact to keep me updated and to move things along and there is genuinely nothing I could say they need to improve. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and have never been able to say that about any other Estate Agent!

GoogleRM&J got me a buyer within days of my flat going on the market, however it was a very long and stressful sale but this is no fault of RM&J - Joesph was very professional and a pleasure to deal with as was Natalie the branch administrator. I also dealt with the branch manager towards the end of the sale (Mark) who helped with the last push the sale needed - thank you!

GoogleIn my opinion Robinson Michael Jackson and all the team at Chatham really are the best estate agent in Medway. They are always on hand to help and deal with anything straight away and the telephone is always answered. I feel they put every effort into selling my house and I highly recommend them. I have used several estate agents in the area over the last ten years and there is no comparison. Five star without any doubt!

GoogleI would like to thank all at Walderslade Branch that helped to successfully sell our property within 6 months from it going on the market. Very professional, helpful and always kept me updated of progress. Special thanks to Maxine for all your efforts in helping us achieve a favourable price and a speedy completion. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agents.

GoogleFrom initial contact with the team to value and then putting the house on the market, to the exchange of contracts and completion, this has been a smooth and pleasant experience. I have been kept in the loop at every moment either via rmail or telephone, and the staff in Chatham have been very understanding and helpful. A five star rating doesnt do them justice and i am so glad i chose them as my estate agents.

GoogleVery helpful during my house hunting, and this continued throughout the buying process. Angela and the rest of the team kept in regular contact and chased solicitors to keep the process moving.. Would definitely recommend the whole team.

GoogleI got several viewing requests just hours after my property was listed. Two strong offers were received at the listing price on the first day of viewing out of which one was accepted. The sales progressor closely monitored the conveyancing process to ensure that nothing went amiss. I am very pleased with the high quality of service delivery received.

GoogleThe estate agents have been brilliant from start to finish. They found us the perfect home within two days of calling them. When things became difficult within the chain they kept us informed, worked on our behalf to resolve issues. I would recommend this team for their care and dedication to find the perfect home.

Googlewhat an amazing service from start to finish! The team at RMJ were absolutely fab and Angela in particular is just wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond with chasing everything up and keeping me updated every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use their services again for selling and buying. Thank you all, from your very happy buyers Mr & Mrs Pearce

GoogleHaving used another local estate agents to no avail, Joe and Mark from RMJ were excellent at helping me sell my property during a challenging market. They were very professional & always upbeat when we faced challenges. Once my property was under offer, Angela was excellent - she constantly kept me up to date and was incredibly proactive. I couldn't recommend RMJ Chatham enough.
