GoogleBest estate agents around. Cannot fault the service I have received selling and purchasing properties through RMJ. Michelle, Harry, TJ, Sarah and Tammy have all gone above and beyond for me and my family and offered support and been honest, reliable and efficient in every way. The team are very hands on and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't use any other estate agent. Fab team, great service everyone :)

GoogleI’m absolutely fuming this company is absolutely unreliable and a bunch of liars I was scheduled for 2 viewings on Monday for Wednesday with a girl called Chloe she lies to me saying she tried to contact me via text and phone at 9am min you our appointment was at 11am I had not received either a text or miss call she then proceeds to say the first property we were meant to view has been let out already not only that but the second property the landlord apparently would like us to reschedule for the next day. After traveling for 1 hour just to find out the agent Chloe was not there absolutely ridiculous.

The sales progressor Maxine was outstanding and made things more manageable and guided us through every step of the way. Maxine made us feel like we mattered as people and we were not just another client. Myself and my wife would highly recommend using the team and Walderslade.

GoogleWe have nothing but good things to say about the Chatham branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson. The service we received from when we first made the offer on our home right through to completion was excellent. We were updated regularly and never felt like we had to chase for information. Thank you to everyone at RMJ Chatham for being so lovely to speak to and for being so helpful, it made the whole process so much nicer, it was practically a stress-free experience! Special thanks to Angela, who kept us up to date the whole way through and was really helpful, we were very grateful to have her as our main point of contact throughout our purchase. If/when we come to move home, we shall definitely be using RMJ as our agents.

After signing up to Purple Bricks to sell our house which they failed to do we decided to use high street estate agent. R.J sold our property within 4 weeks of it being on the market. Good communication throughout the sale and onto exchange of contracts.. Only reason haven't given them 5 stars is the amount of money they charge but did get a fixed fee instead of a percentage and they were cheaper due to this than other local estate agents in the area.

Robinson Michael and Jackson were the letting agents for my property. Their service is terrible. Despite paying for a fully managed service they pushed everything except rent collection back to me. Their observation and record keeping skills are poor: not noticing illegal sub-letting to at least 6 additional people, even when there were beds in the lounge and dining room; not noticing or recording damage to the property, lack of cleaning or removal of items during visits or check out. This has left me seriously out of pocket, frustrated at their sheer lack of customer service and now with another agent. They even misrepresented where the property would be managed from (Strood instead of Sittingbourne).
