Robinson Michael and Jackson were the letting agents for my property. Their service is terrible. Despite paying for a fully managed service they pushed everything except rent collection back to me. Their observation and record keeping skills are poor: not noticing illegal sub-letting to at least 6 additional people, even when there were beds in the lounge and dining room; not noticing or recording damage to the property, lack of cleaning or removal of items during visits or check out. This has left me seriously out of pocket, frustrated at their sheer lack of customer service and now with another agent. They even misrepresented where the property would be managed from (Strood instead of Sittingbourne).

GoogleWe browsed the market for a while before deciding to sell, we had 4 different agents around before deciding to use RMJ. They had the photos taken and on the Market quickly and sold on the open day. Dealing mainly with Charley, Lee and Bradley who were helpful, friendly and patient from start to finish. I also find the key to be a successful estate agent is honesty, unlike Wards (walderslade) who made our whole buying experience very stressful! Useless, rude and only push to get more money, they try to push you to look at properties above your budget just to get more interest in the house knowing your offer would not be accepted. Unprofessional for both seller and buyer! Luckily our selling experience was great and if we ever decide to move again we will be using them. They found us the perfect buyers who were so patient, and could ring for any advice through the whole process. A great team who we would highly recommend for anyone wanting honesty, and a straight foward sale. We got there in the end. Thank you all, especially Charley, Lee and Brad xxx

GoogleI would like to start by saying how fantastic RMJ customer service was. I read a few reviews before marketing with them and wasn't too sure but when I had Kieran come out to see me he was very professional and honest. They over achieved my expectations and I couldn't thank them enough ! I would come back and use them again , Thanks to the whole team at RMJ !! :)

GoogleHave been using these agents for about 3 months as I am looking to buy a new home. They think it's acceptable to lie on status of properties when you place offers to maximise their profits. The store manager thinks it's acceptable to confirm bookings although the property has already been sold and no information is given had to find out by an Internet advert. Using an offer I retracted to 'persuade' a bigger offer although the offer was never there to begin with. Overall experience was bad and a full report is being given to ombudsman. Currently working with all the other agencies in the area.

GoogleProfessional friendly service. I have just sold two houses with RMJ Strood during this process I have dealt with most of the staff in this branch and without exception they were friendly, professional, always smart and absolute experts in their field. We were kept up to date with a weekly call and report and a member of RMJ staff accompanied every potential buyer taking the stress away from us and removing any embarrassment from any potential buyer. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

They were very proactive in FINDING me a buyer rather than waiting for the phone to ring like most agents. Top notch service and one successful sale.

GoogleWe had 4 local estate agents through our door when we wanted a valuation for our home. The RMJ Sales Lady was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and bubbly; just the sort of person i'd want to speak to if I called an estate agent and asked them to explain my home! We had an open day and sold that week. All staff through the sale process have been efficient, professional and courteous. This will be my 11th move, so I know what I''m talking about!
