We were dreading selling our mum's house due to her going in to a nursing home, however Robinson Michael & Jackson, Strood made the whole process so easy and we felt reassured that they would do all they could to make it as stress free for us as possible. Even before the house was photographed and marketed, within a few days of the initial valuation, we had viewings booked in. With just a couple of viewings our mum's house was sold. TJ was amazing at getting the best price for us as possible and exceeded our expectations. We were kept updated of how things were progressing by Michelle and they even sorted out the solicitors for us which was perfect. Both my sister and I would most certainly recommend RM&J Strood to anyone wanting to sell. Well done to the whole team at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Strood and thank you for everything 🙏

My house was sold much faster and less hassle-free than I had ever imagined. I was the buyer of a flat marketed by them. They delayed everything so much, gave incorrect information about the lease and service charges, and mistakenly copied me in on an email from the manager to a colleague saying I was mad and to ignore me. I was mad in that I was mad about the lack of service or any professional standards at all, which nearly lost me a good buyer.

Swerve!

Really inadequate and incompetent service from these guys. From a tenants point of view, they will forget about you as soon as they have your money. We did not receive an inventory until after we moved in and for which after emailing several times to highlight some major issues, never once heard back from anyone. In short, it was a huge mistake to go with Robson Jackson; but such mistakes are there to be learnt from. Don’t make the same mistake we did! The woman who showed my partner round failed to highlight there was no fridge or freezer, that the electric meter is on a stick (in 2021!?) there is damage to the property as well as previous tenants belongings which would lead to the obvious conclusion that the property was not professionally cleaned before hand. All in all, this move has become a total nightmare and one that I wish we had not had made. We had been let down by several other agents before hand but I would encourage you to do your research and find a better set of agents who can offer you basic support i.e: courtesy to at least respond to your emails!

Very poor . I have deal with an agent called Linna . We has sent back all the information she requested to put down an offer . Then no response at all ! We are much appreciated if they can just let us know the property is gone instead of wasting our time to wait and chase. Unprofessional!
