TrustpilotThe worst estate agent I’ve ever come…
The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. I chased them multiple times to arrange a viewing to buy a property which they were not able to schedule in over a month. I was never called back (despite promises) and was even not registered in their system. I told them I was very interested and called them at least 5 times enquiring and they said they would call me back and never did. Finally spoke to someone who did arrange the viewing, and I get a call on the day saying the viewing was cancelled because the property had already been sold. Utter waste of time, unprofessional.

Buying a property is stressful and very difficult at this pandemic.But luckily I found Robinson Michael & Jackson with the help of sales consultant GEORGIA SCOTT. She is a beautiful lady with fantastic marketing skills and communication skills. Most importantly she arranged property viewing 3 times without hesitation. I want to say special thanks to GEORGIA SCOTT ..definitely she is a SUPER STAR IN MARKETING and MISS GRAVESEND (beauty with brain)👌👌👌 Jo: She is a fabulous lady with lot of patience and always responded in time. She was patient during viewing and explained everything clearly step by step agent service is also transparent with guide in every step, answering questions we had. Also received administrative support from Stacey who was fast, efficient and reliable. The app for uploading documents was professional and it was all in one go while at home and no need to go to the office. I really appreciate the agents service and the fact that they embrace technology makes everything quick and efficient and perfect. Sold us a house with floorplan saying the property is 100 sqm (hence the higher price we paid compare to other similar looking properties in the area) only for us to find out later the property is 80 sqm. This is fraud, this is lying, this is scamming people. Not long ago we also found out that they are not even TPO registered so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they scam people like this in broad daylight.

A big shout, to the sales progressors from the Strood (Kent) branch as they took the pain out of the communication between the solictors to allow an exhange and completion on the same day. GoogleWe have used RMJ Gravesend since 1996 and have moved three times since then. A very professional and friendly crew. Andy dealt with our first move and Reece the last 2. Although it's not just the front end that works well, it's the whole team behind the scene. There maybe cheaper packages around but with these guys the whole process from start to finish is done as smooth as can be expected. This time around we also used CTW solicitors and again an outstanding service. The price your quoted by RMJ and CTW is the price you will pay, no surprising costs added after you sign.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
