GoogleI would like to thank Kelly, Nikki & Libby for always providing us with great tenants and a great service with all of my rental properties. For Mortgages their in house Mortgage Broker Gurmukh aka G is probably the best broker out there for simple and complex cases!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSold my property through RMJ. The whole process was made very smooth by the team at RMJ from the quick (same day) appointment for valuation to arranging photos and videos to finding us a suitable buyer very shortly after. The advise on valuation and conveyancing was also very helpful to keep the sale process as smooth as possible. All the expectations were met from what was proposed. Will definitely be considering the team and Charlie Ditch in the future for any business.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thanks for the review Prabin! We valued your property on 11th September, sold on 23rd September and exchanged on 18th October, that is efficiency if we do say so ourselves. Make sure that anyone you recommend to us mentions your name and we will send you a nice thank you for the referral. Lee and the team

GoogleVery pleased with Lee Franklin and his team at Robinson Michael Jackson Rainham. Prompt responses to any questions we had and kept us informed along the way. Would definitely recommend! They are professional and Efficient! After few months of searching and having viewed over several properties, I was pretty frustrated and beginning to feel as if I would never find somewhere to buy. Lee Franklin charley Germaney, Joe Tyler and Ryan had it sewn up from viewing to offer acceptance within 24 hours and he even sorted me out with mortgage and a solicitor! Professional and efficient service from beginning to end. Lee and his team come highly recommended! The Robinson Michael Jackson Rainham team went above and beyond our expectations. Ryan gave us the best viewing house experience possible. Charley always immediately returned our calls. Her recommendations got us through some stressful moments. Expertise, knowledge and experience of joe Tyler from Mortgage advice bureau put us at ease . Every situation that we encountered, Lee Franklin rise to the occasion with patience and solutions. I cannot say thank you enough. Highly recommend to anyone in the market to buy or sell their home. Dr. Hassan Naqvi and Dr. Amber NaqviPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleChoosing an Estate Agent occurs only a few times in life so it can be a bit of a journey into the unknown. We have just reached the end of that journey and it gives us great pleasure to report that Andy & his team have worked tirelessly on behalf of both buyers and sellers to close the sale. At times we had to deal with unprecedented difficulties and his proactive approach has helped us get over those hurdles. The professionalism and communication were first class and as I said to him the other day, we felt we were part of a team, all pulling in the same direction, and you really can't expect any more than that when the inevitable delays, frustrations and concerns crop up. The commission rate ( very reasonable ) becomes secondary to the high quality service that you are receiving, so without hesitation we do recommend that you talk to these guys if you are looking to sell your property. You will be using an Agent that will be working hard on your behalf and with your best interests in mind.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter trying with a cheaper agent to let my property for four weeks - Robinson Michael and Jackson stepped in to help. Within three days they found a tenant. Nikki, Kelly and Libby were friendly and professional any time I called with a question and nothing was ever too much. Communication was the best I have ever received and viewings were booked before they actively put the property online. I will be using this lettings operation for all properties moving forward. Money very well spent! Thank you girlsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought our house via RMJ 13 years ago. We had a good service from them than and they kept us up to date with what was going on, better than our solicitor did. Things haven't changed, when we decided to sell they were efficient, upfront, honest, didn't do a hard sell on us. Reece was very helpful when he came to the house initially, and on the phone after. To be honest, there wasn't one person we spoke with, or met, who was impolite. Everyone was pleasant and the work was to a very high standard. Jo who kept us informed through the sale completion liaised well with us and our buyers. What was a nice surprise was suddenly realising it was Jo who did the exact same thing when we bought our house. in days where there can be a lot of staff turnover its nice to find a constant. Would we recommend them? If you think you've found the best - why search? RMJ Gravesend will look after you well - selling or buying.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
It was lovely you read your review and with special mentions to Jo and Reece. It really means a lot and makes the job worthwhile. Thank you.

TrustpilotSydenham
Just called the branch of Sydenham to get some details of one of their property in Sydenham and when I made a comment on the lease 95 years being too low for me got an answer that we're selling properties of 85 years and good luck with your search then hanged the phone up on me!?!? I'm not a sale person but this manner definitely not the best in this industry. First of all I would have appreciated to hear some options what can be done extend the lease or negotiate with the vendor etc....
