Angela our Sales Progressor was proactive throughout, we even heard we'd exchanged contracts from Angela before our Solicitor called! GoogleFrom the first meeting to market our property, all the team we dealt with were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Every time we got over one problem, another seemed to appear and Charley was fantastic, always there to help & was so patient with us and our endless panicky emails. GoogleWell it was 8 weeks and 1 day from the moment the first meeting our estate agent and the completion! Everything happened according to plan. We were kept informed and didn’t have to chase or lift a finger. One days bookings of viewers and offers from that day. We ended up going with the buyer we liked the sound of the most and as we have loved the property so much we wanted someone who would appreciate it as much as we did. There is nothing negative or constructive that I can add as everything was dealt with so professionally in a genuine caring and considerate way. It was a pleasure to have experienced a process that was handled so well. Especially when these situations can be stressful. I would definitely recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson, especially the Rainham team. We all know how painful paying out for services can be but actually we believed that they truly earned and deserved it. Also the solicitors they out us in touch with Cook Taylor Woodhouse we’re equally as good. GoogleI have just exchanged on the sale of my property with RMJ and couldn’t be more happy with the service from start to finish. The price was comparable with other agents in the area but what made me choose them was the understanding of my unique property - seeing it more as a small house than a flat when other agents would only compare to other flats in the area. All the staff at the Chatham branch were friendly and approachable and I was always able to get through on the phone when I needed to, helping to chase when my solicitor was slow. GoogleThe real stars of Robinson Michael and Jackson are Michelle and Tammy. They were extremely helpful throughout the 7 1/2month long process of purchasing our new property. These ladies continually chased and updated us frequently whilst having to navigate politics of said vendors who were seperating, which wasn't an easy task I can assure you, with a slow incompetent solicitor (Vendors) to boot. Thank you for frequently reassuring us. It was the only thing keeping us patient and enabling us to succeed in purchasing our forever home. To add also, Nancey was helpful in arranging our viewing of the property we have just purchased. As that it self took 3 weeks to view after one viewing was cancelled.

GoogleSo happy I chose RMJ. There customer service is second to none and they can not do enough for you to make the process smooth. Harry who initially came out gave us all the information we needed and true honest figures, rather than dreams we had from others. To the house viewings ( thank you Callum) being taken care of and then to Tammy, Jade and G who can't do enough to help. Great service would definitely recommend and will use if I ever move again. Highly recommended.

From the get go, Harrison was helpful helping us find our dream house. Tammy was great with correspondence and checking in with us.
