GoogleKitija was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She had such warm, positive energy and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, engaging and helpful, taking the time to show us around in detail and happily answering every question we had. She was also very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area, which made the viewing genuinely informative rather than feeling rushed. A special mention for how lovely she was with our baby too which is such a natural, personal touch that we really appreciated. Kitija is a real asset to RMJ and exactly the kind of person you want representing a company. A genuinely excellent experience!

GoogleWe were in the unfortunate position of selling the family home after our father's passing. Kendell and the team were very sensitive to our needs and were more keen to sell our property than a local bigger chain estate agents. Within a week the house was viewed several times leading to a very quick sale. Throughout the process the team kept us informed and we couldn't ask for a better all round selling experience. GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson selling our property. The whole team were helpful and supportive throughout the process. Kendell was great in supporting us, helped answer all our queries and responded quickly. Dallas was fantastic especially with helping us get everything over the line. Dallas was always responsive, kept us updated and regularly chased things up for us, including following up with the solicitors, which we really appreciated. Selling a property can be stressful, but having a team who were proactive and easy to get hold of made such a difference. A big thank you to Kendell, Dallas and the rest of the team for all their help. We would definitely recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson!
