Professional, friendly, efficient with excellent communication Just wanted to update my review - house sale completed - everyone in the Chatham office have been so helpful, professional, responsive and as I indicated before, we're excellent in their communication with me Will probably leave some names out (my apologies), but a special thanks to Angela, Tia, Holly and Dan - you all made the sale of my property so less stressful and relatively problem free 🙂

We couldn’t recommend the team highly enough for all their help throughout both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, they were fantastic at getting our property in front of the right people. We had lots of viewings, multiple offers and ultimately secured a buyer within a really short space of time. The whole sales process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better result. A special mention has to go to Tammy, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the purchase of our new property. She was incredibly helpful in keeping everything moving and, when we unfortunately lost some valuable time due to a buyer pulling out of the chain, Tammy went above and beyond to help get things back on track and make up for the lost time. Her communication, organisation and determination to keep everything progressing made a stressful process so much easier for us. We’d also like to thank Hannah for all her help with the viewings, as well as the rest of the team for their support throughout. Overall, a fantastic estate agent with a genuinely great team. We’re extremely grateful for everything they did to help us sell our old home and secure our new one!

I really couldn’t recommend RMJ highly enough! Lily specifically has been absolutely amazing in helping us source and purchase our first property from start to finish. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond for us. Once we found the right place, she made sure to always ask the right questions, follow up on things and kept us updated throughout the whole process and made sure we understood everything along the way. What we appreciated most was that her advice was always genuine, professional and completely focused on making sure we were doing what was right for us. My partner and I have finally exchanged on our property and we are very grateful for all the time, effort and care she put into getting us to where we are now, and we couldn’t be happier! My partner and I have just bought our first home, and Lily from RMJ Gravesend has made the whole experience as easy and stress-free as possible for us.
