Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. It’s clear we’ve fallen short of your expectations. More importantly, the level of service we aim to provide. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have two viewings cancelled at short notice, especially after you made time in your schedule to attend them. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused. You are right, where possible, we should be doing more to offer solutions, such as involving nearby branches or ensuring clearer communication around availability, but the other offices diaries are already planned out and due to unforeseen circumstances, this situation has arisen. I also want to acknowledge your point about how the situation was handled on the phone, this should have been approached with more consideration and care, and we will be putting training in place, so this does not happen again. Please be assured that your comments have been taken seriously and will be shared with the wider team so we can reflect, learn, and improve. If you're open to it, I’d really like the opportunity to speak with you directly and see if there's anything we can do to put this right.
