GoogleI cannot recommend Robinson Jackson Plumstead highly enough. I have been a loyal customer since 2011, and I think the fact that, 15 years later, I chose to put my trust in them once again says everything about the level of service they provide. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Spencer, Lisa, Mackenzie and Sadie. From beginning to end, the communication, professionalism, reassurance and genuine care were exceptional. Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but having a team who are responsive, proactive and prepared to go above and beyond makes all the difference. I always felt that there was someone at the end of the phone who genuinely cared about getting me to the finish line. There is something quite special about being able to return to the same estate agent after so many years and find that the customer service and personal touch are still every bit as strong. They say, “Estate agents don’t just sell houses; they help people close one chapter and open the door to the next.” That could not feel more appropriate. Thank you, Spencer, Lisa, Mackenzie and Sadie, for helping me close this chapter and start an exciting new one. After 15 years as a customer, I would still choose Robinson Jackson Plumstead all over again. Five stars, without hesitation. ❤️
